As Legal Operations Manager, you will design and build core legal operations workflows to support innovation. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare technology company where legal is viewed as a strategic partner rather than a roadblock. You will be the primary legal operations primary regulatory attorney and thought partner for Headway's Product and Engineering teams.

Assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar and play a role in helping the team make a decarbonized grid a reality. The role will report to the Director of the Consumer Protection team and will support work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines.
